The developer, Momax Technology (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Momax WearSense," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with relevant information protection and privacy laws. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information is collected when you use our products and services, and how we process and use it. 1.Types of Information We Collect

When you use our products and services, we may collect the following types of information.

1) Account Information: If you create an account on our application, you may need to provide country or region, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height, weight. You may also choose to provide other information, such as nickname, weight goal, step goal, profile photo.

2) Fitness and Health-Related Information: For example, steps, distance, speed, exercise duration, calories, sleep duration, active minutes, exercise type, detailed exercise records for each type, badges (we award corresponding virtual badges based on your activity), etc.

3) Location Information: When you use certain location-based services, such as starting outdoor exercise mode, checking weather, or selecting your region, GPS location information will be used. If you do not allow us to access your phone's GPS functionality, we will not collect this information.

4) Device and Application Information: When you use our devices and applications, we will obtain your device and application information, such as user configuration data, device MAC address, device version number, serial number, firmware version, language, APP version, mobile operating system version, device configuration, IP address, network type, device identifier, etc.

5) Service Information: When you use various functions of Momax WearSense devices and applications, you may submit some service information. For example, reminder settings or exercise records. If you use the call reminder function, we may read your call status and contact list, but we will not store your communication information; when you use the message notification function, we may access the notification status of third-party applications, and our device will temporarily store your message content; if you use the music control function, we may read music control information such as song play, song status, but we will not store this information.

6) Problem Feedback Information: If you have any questions or suggestions about our products and services, you can provide feedback to us through "Me > Problem Feedback". Through this function, we will collect the feedback questions you send us and your contact information (if provided), which will be used to help us better understand the problems you encounter and to contact you.

7) Log Information: If you use our devices or applications, we will collect some usage data, for example, when creating or logging into your account, account and device pairing status, number of device restarts, network usage information, system errors, system crashes, system restarts, system upgrade status, etc. Your log information from the latest 7 days is automatically stored locally on your phone, and older log information will be automatically deleted. We do not proactively collect your log information.

8) Visitor Information: When using the visitor function (applicable when not registered or logged in), visitors can experience our products and certain limited services. The visitor's personal data (nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth, fitness and health data, etc.) will be stored locally on your phone and will not be uploaded to our servers.

9) Other Information: We may also collect other types of information, such as when you use the application, we may obtain information like the number of app launches, usage duration, etc. This information is not directly or indirectly linked to an individual, but is aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified.

2.How We Use Your Information

We will use the collected information for the following purposes:

1) To provide, process, maintain, improve, and develop our goods and/or services to you, including after-sales support, customer support, and services on your device;

2) To communicate with you, we will use your information to send service notifications when necessary and to respond to you when you contact us;

3) To store and maintain your information based on our service content or legal obligations;

4) To provide you with limited services without communicating with our servers.

Use of Non-Personal Data

We will collect some log information that does not involve personal data, such as error codes for device (restart) hardware issues, error codes and logs for device restarts, logs for application Bluetooth connection status, anonymized user device and application usage information (if you opt-in), etc., for overall analysis to fix errors, monitor usage, and optimize our services.

3.How We Share Your Information

Except with your consent, we promise not to sell your personal information to any other third party for processing for any purpose. We will seek your explicit consent to share any personal data and sensitive personal data. We will not disclose or transfer your personal information to any non-affiliated third party, except in the following cases: Responding to your requests, for example, if you authorize the sharing of your personal information with a third-party device or platform, we will share your information, such as: step count, distance, height, weight, calorie data, etc., with the third party as per your request. Please read the privacy policies of these third-party devices or platforms, as your activities on them will no longer be bound by this privacy agreement.

In the following circumstances, we may share your personal information:

(a) With Service Providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze our service usage, for example, for payment processing, contacting you after you visit our service on a third-party website.

(b) With Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products and services.

4.Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage third parties to help us provide Momax WearSense services. You can choose whether to use third-party services. When you choose to use third-party services, the third party may collect your information. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take the time to read the privacy policies of the third-party service providers, just as you read our policy. We are not responsible for how third parties use the personal information they collect from you, nor can we control their use. Service providers can only access your personal data to perform services on our behalf for Momax WearSense and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose:

Map Service Providers

Within Momax WearSense services, the service providers supporting the function for users to obtain outdoor single-activity routes include: Amap Information Technology Co., Ltd., Google LLC, Apple Inc. If you use this service, we will collect your geographic information and provide your location information to the map service provider. Please refer to the respective map service provider's privacy policy for specific data collection and processing. You can turn off your phone's GPS to stop the collection of geographic information.

Weather Push Service Provider

If your device supports the weather push function, your location information will be sent locally to the weather service provider (Hefeng Hulian Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to obtain weather information for your area. You can turn off the weather push function in "Device > Weather Push" at any time to stop this sharing. After your personal information is anonymized, it will not be used to identify or locate you personally.

Our Cooperation with Third-Party Software Package (SDK) Providers

To enable necessary functionalities, we integrate some functional SDKs. Please note that we do not collect your personal information through these SDKs nor use sensitive permissions.

Name: Tencent Bugly SDK

Purpose: Reporting app crash logs to help developers analyze crash causes.

Personal Data Collected: App crash logs, ANR logs.

5.Security Measures

We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We will take all practicable steps to protect your personal information, including encryption, authentication tools, and secure servers. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or other similar risks, we take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, making every reasonable effort to protect your personal information. However, you should be aware that we cannot 100% guarantee the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.

6.Data Transfer


Currently, Momax WearSense leases servers in various locations provided by Alibaba Cloud. Typically, data of local residents is only stored on servers within the local jurisdiction and will not be cross-border transferred. With your consent, we may transfer your data across borders in accordance with applicable laws. At the same time, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that all transfers comply with the requirements of your applicable local data protection laws. You have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards taken by Momax WearSense for transferring your personal information.

7.Data Retention

If you use our products and services, we may collect and store your information. We may store your information for as long as you maintain your account. However, once you deactivate your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information as soon as possible, no later than 90 days from the date you submit the deletion request.

8.Your Rights

Momax WearSense is committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal information and ensuring you can exercise your rights. In accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws, you have the right to:

Request access to your personal information. The right to access the information we hold about you. You can directly access your personal information in the application under "Me > Personal Information." If you cannot perform these actions yourself, please contact us using the contact information below. Upon your request, we will provide a copy of your personal information collected and processed by us free of charge. For any further copies requested, we may charge a reasonable fee based on applicable laws and administrative costs.

Request correction of the personal information we hold about you. You have the right to request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you. You can also directly correct your personal information in the application under "Me > Personal Information."

Object to the processing of your personal information. You have the right to object to certain uses and disclosures of your personal information. If you have consented to the processing of your personal information or sensitive personal information by Momax WearSense devices and applications, you can withdraw this consent at any time and object to further processing by contacting Momax WearSense. To provide you with our services, we will require you to provide the personal information necessary for these services. If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

Request deletion of your personal information. You have the right to request that we delete personal information if there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. You can also delete or permanently anonymize the corresponding data by deactivating your account, clearing cloud personal data, etc.

Request the transfer of your personal information. Where technically feasible, we will provide your personal information to you or a third party of your choice in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to information you initially consented to us using or that we collected to perform a contract.

Withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain specific features of the services. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the previous processing activities of personal information carried out based on your authorization. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting the device, disconnecting the device from the app, resetting the device to factory settings, clearing cloud personal data, turning off data management synchronization, or deactivating your account.

9.Privacy of Minors/Children

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults. Without the consent of a parent or guardian, children may not create their own user accounts. In cases where children's personal data is collected with parental consent, we will only use or disclose this data where permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian, or when necessary to protect the child. Although local laws and customs define children differently, we treat anyone under the age of 13 as a child. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child without prior verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

10.Updates to the Privacy Policy

We will periodically review our Privacy Policy and may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our information practices. You understand and agree that if you use the products or services after the updated Privacy Policy is posted, it will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of the Privacy Policy at any time, you must immediately stop using the products and services.
